My little soccer girl finally turned nine today! She’s always the youngest- especially on her soccer team. (Soccer birth date rules are a whole nother post…) We’ve done some serious celebrating over the last two days starting with a family party on the beach. The weather has been absolutely beautiful…
My mom is always the hostess with the mostest and she made yummy cupcakes for the celebration. Lighting candles on the beach is not the easiest thing to do, but we persevered and were victorious.

The day ended with So Cal Soccer Dad setting up the tent on our back patio and spending the night out there with the girls.
